At North London Hospice, we had a vision to create a refurbished space at Head Office, and the welcome space to our Inpatient Unit,  that was calm and welcoming to everyone and one that helped improve our patients experience whilst in our care, and that of their families and loved ones. We also wanted to create an environment that was modern and designed in a way that supported visitors to feel engaged and encouraged to use and enjoy. 

 

From the initial scoping meeting, Elaine listened, engaged, understood, and delivered a concept that was both creative and inspirational.  We built a relationship of trust with Elaine from the start of our vision and plans, and she helped us create and realise a new reception, café and lounge area that is nothing short of fabulous. 

 

Elaine, has a terrific eye for flair and creativity,  working alongside us to manage our expectations and that of other key stakeholders and our budget.  We now have a space that is 5 * and has achieved all our vision and ambitions.
